Kroker Community Rewards
Do you shop at Kroger and use their Kroger Rewards card? Do you want to help Beaumont Pets Alive? Here’s how:
1) If your card is not registered to your email or phone number, you can register here: https://www.kroger.com/account/enrollCommunityRewardsNow/
2) Search for BEAUMONT PETS ALIVE either by name or TS139 (our ID #).
3) Click ENROLL.
Once you have registered your card and chosen us as your Community Rewards partner, that’s it! Every time you use your card at any Kroger, you’ll be helping Beaumont Pets Alive save more animals! Kroger will send us a check based on purchases every quarter! Tell your family and friends to choose us too!
Please note: Your card MUST be registered in order for us to get rewards.
